Non-contact digital thermometer Thermospeed Infrared Thermometer Beaba is a multifunctional thermometer for children and adults with a fever indicator, color temperature differentiation, and simple, intuitive use. This medical device measures temperature in 1 second without contact with the skin, and thanks to the child mode, it evaluates the resulting value based on age. The ultra-fast thermometer is primarily designed for measuring body temperature using infrared rays emitted by the skin surface and the eardrum. This medical thermometer for home use measures temperature from the ear or forehead and can also measure room temperature, as well as the temperature of water and food.

The thermometer measures temperature within 1 second with perfect accuracy and evaluates fever based on the age of the child or adult. The color backlit display helps interpret the temperature, lighting up green (for temperatures from 35.0°C to 37.5°C) and red (for temperatures from 37.6° to 42°). The thermometer can remember up to 20 last measured values, so you can compare changes in body temperature for both children and adults. The non-contact thermometer has a silent mode, allowing you to measure children's temperature even while they are sleeping. The thermometer operates on 2 AAA batteries, which are not included in the package.

Instructions for measuring temperature from the forehead

• Place the thermometer against a clean forehead at a distance of 1 cm, press the button, and wait 1 second while the thermometer measures the temperature.
• After 1 second, you will hear a short beep. Immediately after, the thermometer will display the temperature on the screen. If the thermometer measures a temperature higher than 37.6°, it will beep three times.

Instructions for measuring temperature from the ear

• To measure temperature from the ear, remove the cover of the device, insert the thermometer into the ear, and press the button.
• Slowly rotate the thermometer in the ear until you hear a short beep, after which the temperature will be displayed on the screen.

Warning for parents

• For repeated temperature measurements, always wait at least 1 minute.
• Do not measure body temperature less than half an hour after eating, exercising, bathing/showering, or after being in significantly cold or hot environments.
• Keep the temperature sensor clean; grease and earwax can affect the measured temperature. You can disinfect the sensor with a disinfecting wipe or a cotton ball soaked in alcohol.
